For booking confirmation it is required the 30% payment of the total rental , which will be formalized through via paypal payment , or if necessary, by other accepted methods enabled on the web

The rest of the rental fee will have to be paid 60 days before the entrance to the reserved accommodation by the same method mentioned above.

For last minute booking,(Those who rent within less than 60 days notice) you will have to pay the total rent.


The day you arrive, with the key delivery, the customer will have to leave a deposit, which varies depending on the rented accommodation. The amount is indicated in the description of each property.

Cancellation and changes policy

  • Up to 60 days prior to arrival cancellation carries a charge of 30% of the total rental price.
  • Between 59 and 8 days before the arrival date carries a cancellation charge of 50 % of the total rental price
  • 7 days before the day of arrival or in case of no show 100% of total rental price will be charged.

Booking Changes

Changes in reservations are possible in the following cases:

  • You can add number of nights if we have availability. The change will be approved once we receive the difference in what was paid with the new amount.
  • You can change dates as long as there is availability in our catalog. These changes should be made minimum 4 weeks in advance . In this case there may be price increase , please ask.
  • If you change your mind you can change your accommodation to another one in our catalog. This gestion is free of charge as long as it is available and the type of accommodation is equal or superior. If the accommodation is superior you will have to pay the difference before the change.
  • On the day of arrival, with the delivery of keys, the customer must leave a deposit, which varies depending on the rented accommodation . The guarantee amount is indicated in the description of each property.

Shall apply only here the conditions stated in the time of recruitment.
