House Rules: Although the house is insulated , the client and his companions have to behave in a civil manner and respect the rules of coexistence.
Aunque la casa está aislada, el cliente y sus acompañantes han de comportarse de una forma cívica y respetar las normas de convivencia.
El incumplimiento de las normas y recibir quejas reiterativas de los vecinos es razón suficiente para rescindir el contrato de alquiler turístico.
El cliente deberá comunicar a Luxury Sitges el número total de personas que ocuparan el alojamiento y solo estas personas podrán utilizarlo en función de la capacidad máxima del mismo.
No se permitirá sobrepasar la capacidad máxima del alojamiento.
De acuerdo con lo que marca la ley autonómica, el cliente ha de facilitar su nombre, número de teléfono, copia de pasaporte o documento de identidad i correo electrónico para hacer la reserva, así como del resto de ocupantes mayores de edad. Para poder hacer los trámites necesarios con la policía (Mossos d’Esquadra)
