It has a barbecue area with a pool next to it, a winery that maintains the same temperature all year round, is always fresh, large gardens with fruit trees and Muscat grape vines.

The property has 3,000 meters of land, in which there is also an apartment with which to share the pool, only two people live, and they hardly ever use the gardens.

Very close is the old town of Olivella, a beautiful place to walk, there are some interesting places a few kilometers away, it can be done by bicycle or walking, we have the well-known Buddhist center in the Garraf natural park.
